Upgrades are Coming to Radiant ATMs

Starting the first week of March, we’re upgrading each of our machines to give you a faster, more intuitive experience. 

What’s changing

  • All-in-One: See all your accounts (including your custom account names) similar to eBanking and view your transaction history right from the machine. 
  • Instant Credit for Cash Deposits: No more waiting. Cash deposits will have zero holds.
  • More Control: Make loan payments, transfers, and split deposits without needing to step inside the branch.
  • Go Paperless: Skip the printed receipt and have your receipts emailed right to your inbox.
  • Check Deposits: We may not make all of the funds that you deposit by check available to you on the same business day that we receive your deposit. Funds may not be available until the second business day after the day of your deposit. However, the first $225.00 of your deposit will be available on the day of your deposit.

We expect all ATM upgrades to be finished by the end of April. While a machine is being updated, it will be offline for about 1–2 days. Check your eBanking alerts for specific downtime at your local branch and remember you can always use eBanking to check balances, complete transfers, deposit checks and make loan payments.

Note: No changes will be coming to partner ATMs at locations outside of Radiant branches.
